What Does it Mean to be an Anxiety Superhero?

It may sound arrogant to call yourself a “superhero,” but it’s actually very empowering when it’s related to a perceived limitation like anxiety.

There are many negative symptoms of anxiety that cause fear, panic, dread, and paralysis. Yet if we reframe our anxiety in a positive light, we can find that we have many superpowers related to this debilitating condition.

In this video I talk a little bit about how we can empower ourselves through anxiety, and come to realize that we are not victims of a disorder, but victors of our own story.
